Thonburi Bamrungmuang Hospital is pleased to provide services for all policy holders, either Health insurance, Accident Insurance, Group Insurance or Por.Ror.Bor. Act (Compulsory Motor Insurance in Thailand) and other types of insurance. You can exercise your rights in both out-patients (OPD) and in-patients (IPD), according to the coverage specified in the policy. For those who have engaged insurance with various insurance companies, before receiving any treatments with us, you may wish to check your rights with such insurance company. The hospital has arranged officers to provide services, to facilitate, giving advice, and coordinate between patients/customers and insurance companies in both IPD and OPD cases in accordance with the coverage conditions of the insurance policy. However, your coverage depends on the agreement before purchasing insurance between you and the insurance company.
The followings should be prepared when receiving services at the hospital:
- Insurance card
- Thai National ID card or other Card issued by government sectors
For the Por.Ror.Bor., the followings should be prepared:
- A copy of Insurance policy
- A copy of Car registration
- A copy of Police Daily Report
- Thai National ID card or Card issued by government sectors (if a child under 7 years, a birth certificate must be presented)
- A copy of House registration
- Driver’s license (if any)
